Our application accesses the following specific types of data from your Google Account once you grant us authorization:

  • Google Drive Files and Metadata (Read & Write): We request permission to access, read, and write to the Google Drive files (such as Google Sheets and Google Docs) that you specifically connect to our service or open using our application. We only access files you choose to integrate, not your entire Google Drive.

We only request the minimum data necessary for our application to provide its stated features.

2. Data Usage

Your Google data is used exclusively to provide and improve the user-facing features of our service. Specifically:

  • Your Profile Information (email, name) is used to securely create and identify your account on the Intelligentwolf platform and as your primary login credential.

  • Google Drive Files (Sheets, Docs, etc.) are accessed to provide the core functionality of our service. This includes allowing you to search, analyze, manage, and update your spreadsheet and document data from within the Intelligentwolf dashboard, integrating it with your other connected business systems.

Limited Use Compliance: We do not and will not use your Google data for any other purpose. This data is never used for:

  • Serving advertising (including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based ads).

  • Selling, transferring, or sharing your data with any third party, except as necessary to provide our service or as required by law.

  • Any form of surveillance or data-mining outside of the app’s direct, user-facing functionality.

3. Data Storage

We store the following Google user data on our secure servers to provide our service:

  • Your Google Email Address: This is stored as your unique account identifier.

  • Google Access and Refresh Tokens: These tokens are stored using industry-standard encryption (both in transit and at rest). They are necessary to maintain the connection to your Google Account so you do not have to re-authenticate every time you use our service.

We do not store copies of your files or the raw data from your Google Drive on our servers. The application accesses your data in real-time when you use the service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any Google user data with any third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent.

  • With our direct service providers (e.g., our cloud hosting provider) who are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to process data on our behalf.

  • To comply with applicable laws or legally-binding requests.

5. Data Deletion

You may disconnect your Google Account from our service at any time by visiting your Account Settings page within Intelligentwolf. You can also revoke our access directly from your Google Account’s security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Upon disconnecting your account, we will immediately delete the stored Google Access and Refresh Tokens associated with your account from our servers.
